1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.

3. Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as puppyll is not liable for lost return shipments.
4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery and attach photos.
We'll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
